“Anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows, but only empties today of its strength.”

This is a no brainer right? We are all aware that spending our days being anxious and weighed down with worry and stress accomplishes absolutely nothing. We’ve all been there haven’t we? Easy for others to say “don’t worry” but we can’t help it. It’s as if our minds have been taken over by that evil superhero, “Anxiety!” At times like that we have to call on our own superhero, “So what?” This is because we know that giving in to “Anxiety” gives it the power to suck the joy and light from our day and replace it with darkness. This achieves absolutely nothing in the way of solving whatever is worrying us in our todays and tomorrows so, next time that nasty “Anxiety” looms, call on your own personal superhero, “So what” and see it off pronto! Ta dah!
