Isn’t this a lovely quote? I really like this one, perhaps because it resonates with me personally as I do try to be kind to others, don’t you? It costs us nothing but the smallest gesture of kindness, perhaps even just a smile, can mean more than we realise to the person on the receiving end. It’s also amazing how people tend to hold onto a gesture or an act of kindness they’ve received and revisit it again and again when they feel the need just to know that people, for the most part, are kind.
