The best time of day to take the opportunity to enjoy and commune with whatever Higher Being you believe in is during an early morning walk. “You time” before the day gets taken over by commitments, work, school runs, chores, errands etc. etc. etc. Get your fill of peace and quiet, stillness, tranquillity and a clear head, which will stand you in good stead for the rest of the day. Most importantly of all, just feel blessed for being alive and able to enjoy the beginning of a new day in your life when anything is possible.
